Chấp nhận bảo hành

  1. Login lần đầu thất bại (Sai UID, sai mật khẩu, sai mã 2FA , checkpoint ) trong vòng 24h sau khi mua
  2. Bảo hành tích xanh xác minh 1 năm, hỗ trợ đổi BM mới hoặc up lại tích.

Từ chối bảo hành

  1. Không bảo hành và chịu trách nhiệm với các trường hợp khách hàng không Change và bị Back/Scan.
  2. BM đã sử dụng: Tạo tài khoản, add thẻ, lên camp... làm die BM
